Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WorthIt mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by an independent developer. A formal legal entity name will be added here when incorporated. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

WorthIt provides product-related insights using images, barcodes, and text you submit, including shelf-price checks (Save), resale estimates (Flip), grocery list compare, and receipt logging. Results are informational estimates, not professional, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for your purchasing and selling decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, probe systems you do not own, or attempt to circumvent technical limits (including analysis quotas enforced on our servers).

Third-party retailers

The app may open third-party retailers (for example Amazon, Walmart, or Target) in your device browser. Those sites set their own prices, terms, and privacy practices; we do not control them.

Amazon Associates

WorthIt is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and related sites. If you use links that include our Amazon associate tag, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases. Amazon and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Subscriptions

WorthIt Pro and other paid plans, when offered, are billed through the Apple App Store (or Google Play when available). Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the store’s terms. Subscription management is available through your device account settings and in-app subscription tools.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms where allowed by law. This page is published at https://isitworthit.io/terms.
